Following the goverments annoucment 23rd March 2020 all non-essential bussiness must close to limit the spread of the virus.
I can confirm today Premier Automotive showrooms are now CLOSED. We are able to take all sales enquieries or answer any questions online ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) However, the maintenance or repair of vehicles for emergency services, key workers and those who are unable to work from home is considered essential service so our workshops will operate for running maintenance and MOT testing by appointment only and on a limited basis ( email@example.com )
For those of you who are avoiding unnecessary travel, but your vehicle is in need of its scheduled maintenance, can we please ask that you restrict your mileage as much as possible to protect your vehicle in the coming weeks? Due to the exceptional circumstances we find outselves in the manufacturers are allowing up to 1,000 miles grace over and above your service milage limit and we are accepting longer intervals than the usual 12 months between services on this occasion without impacting your warrenty.
Please help us keep this service available. Please do not visit the dealership if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or if you suspect you have been in close contact with someone who has a virus and also make us aware of this if we are sending someone to collect your vehicle for service or repair work. We would also ask that you respect all social distancing and sanitisation guidlines to help keep this vital serive running during this critical time.
