Would like to reassure customers that we will be following all Government and Public Health advice whilst Premier Kia in Dukinfield and Rochdale and Premier Mitsubishi Hyde stays open for business

COVID-19: WHAT THIS MEANS FOR PREMIER AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED

Dear Customer,

In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, I wanted firstly to express my hope that you and your family are in good health and are doing everything you can to keep yourself safe and well.

Here at Premier Automotive we are rigorously following government guidelines as well as implementing many additional measures to keep our premises as clean and safe as possible for our customers.

If you have any service or warranty work booked with us, please be assured that our staff will be wearing gloves when they have to go inside your vehicle and all touch surfaces will be sanitised before we start work on the car and again afterwards.

If you’re due to collect a new or used vehicle but have been advised to self-isolate, then please get in contact with us so we can make arrangements to deliver your vehicle to you and collect your trade in, if required. Hopefully the experience will brighten up an otherwise dark time for you.

I can assure you that any member of our staff showing symptoms of Coronavirus will be sent home immediately and in the interests of safety those staff remaining in our dealership will be avoiding handshakes and close personal contact.

It goes without saying but just to reiterate, if you are exhibiting symptoms of Coronavirus then please follow all official advice and can we respectfully ask that we minimise the risk to our staff and other customers by postponing your visit to our dealership until you are well again? Feel free to give us a call so we can make alternative arrangements and, more importantly, make sure you take good care of yourself and your family so you can make a speedy recovery.

Naturally, we will continue to monitor the situation in dealership and will update you if the situation changes but in the meantime please be assured we are doing all we can to ensure the safety and well-being of the Premier Automotive family of which you are a hugely important part.

As a local business in the community, we really value and appreciate your support of us as we look to support other local businesses and we want to thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this very difficult time for everyone.

Like us, I’m sure you’re looking forward to putting this dreadful situation in the rear view mirror but in the meantime, please take very good care of yourself and stay safe.
